Sales Assistant with Excellent English / Hybrid System

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Business Development Team as a Sales Assistant and Outbound Lead Generator. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, flexible environment, assisting our Senior and Junior Sales teams with existing clients and attracting new potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Organize and schedule meetings for the Sales Team.
  • Manage and update documentation, generate reports, and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Update CRM systems and maintain documentation storage.
  • Assist in task assignments and track action plan progress.

Main Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills are essential for collaborating with an international team and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • A solid understanding of documentation and corporate sales dynamics.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with automated lead generation tools is a significant advantage.
  • Proficient in GSuite tools (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Familiarity with email marketing, outbound sales techniques, and CRM or project management systems.
  • Knowledge of tools like Apollo or similar platforms is a plus.

Personal Attributes

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new automation tools.
  • Curious and willing to experiment with new technologies.
  • Strong analytical mindset for assessing results.
  • Well-organized with excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow through on tasks.

  • Experience in email marketing and outreach strategies.

  • Previous experience with lead generation tools like Apollo is an advantage.
