What You’ll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of the translation and localization industry
- Analyze customer behavior to improve client relationships
- Manage email strategies and marketing campaigns
- Participate in online industry events and networking opportunities
- Effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients
- Build and maintain long-term B2B customer relationships
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads
- Collaborate with management on client negotiations and contract agreements
- Maintain CRM records and conduct market analysis to optimize sales strategies
What You Bring
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Fluent German skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in English for internal communication
- Experience living or working in Germany (a plus)
- Previous experience in the translation industry (advantageous but not required)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze data and implement strategic sales solutions
- A proactive, organized, and resilient mindset
- Quick adaptability and eagerness to learn
