The Project

We are seeking an Email Marketing Automation Specialist with expertise in Marketo to manage and optimize email workflows and automation processes. The ideal candidate will focus on setting up, executing, and fine-tuning email campaigns to enhance engagement and drive conversions. This role does not require development skills but demands a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automation strategies, and Marketo optimization.

This is a short-term position.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns within Marketo.
• Build and manage automated email workflows to enhance lead nurturing and engagement.
• Monitor and optimize email deliverability, open rates, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align email automation strategies with broader campaign goals.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within automation workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Marketo and hands-on experience with email automation.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
• Experience setting up and optimizing email workflows and drip campaigns.
• Ability to analyze email performance data and suggest improvements.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot automation issues.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
