Office Manager

2K’s Cat Daddy studio, based in Kirkland, Washington, was started 25+ years ago by industry veterans and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive within the 2K Label. The studio is a fun, dedicated family of incredibly hardworking game developers. We have shipped games on almost every genre and platform, with a current focus on mobile games.

What We Need:

Cat Daddy is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. Responsible for front desk, administrative, and facilities support to the office, the Office Manager is the star that keeps our studio buzzing each day!

An excellent candidate is an organized, personable, and professional teammate who proactively looks for improvements and/or efficiencies, takes pride in their work, and believes no task is too big or too small.

This position reports to the Human Resources Director and is located in Kirkland, WA.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain the studio common areas in a manner that is accommodating to employees and guests. Point of contact for the property manager, landlord, and external lease management company.
• Manage facilities related requests or reports. Delegating to appropriate parties, as necessary, to reach resolution.
• Workplace supply management, including inventory, organizing, ordering and maintaining company accounts with the associated vendors.
• Own the logistics and planning for various workplace events, including business meetings, monthly all hands meetings, employee parties, and special events.
• Support new hire onboarding, including office/workstation set up, collaborating with IT on equipment needs, and day 1 new hire orientation tasks.
• Manage transportation and building access procedures for the studio, including maintaining accurate records
• Maintain accurate record of company hardware, software, applications, etc. issued to employees.
• Find opportunities for improvement in the current work processes/procedures and recommend solutions.
• Other similar duties as assigned.

Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit:

• Experience working in an office environment, typically as an administrative, office or facilities assistant/manager
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectively
• Proactive, self-driven, and resourceful.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Flexible and adaptable, willing to help where / when needed
• Operate with a high degree of integrity and discretion when handling confidential or otherwise sensitive information.

The pay range for this position in Washington at the start of employment is expected to be between $91,100 and $134,840 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees will also receive 14 paid holidays per calendar year, are eligible to earn a minimum of 15 days of vacation leave per year (subject to proration based on start date during the calendar year) and will receive 10 sick days per calendar year. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
