Business Development Associate

SiA - Strategy in Action owns two subsidiaries:

• 3HORIZONS: A consulting firm specialized in delivering strategy projects using the SiA Platform.
• SiA LABS: Our research and development wing, responsible for all software development and maintenance of the SiA Platform.

We are seeking a Business Development Associate with a strong strategic and operational approach, capable of generating business opportunities and managing relationships with partners and C-level decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new clients using LinkedIn and digital tools.
• Manage and update the CRM (HubSpot) to optimize the sales funnel.
• Develop support materials for the sales team using PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel.
• Monitor market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Engage with high-level stakeholders to promote solutions and services.

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Strong LinkedIn prospecting and networking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Proactivity, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset.

Experience: 3-5 years with proven track record
Education: Degree in Business, Management, or Marketing
Languages: Fluent in Italian and English
