Experience

We are looking for at least 2 years experience within the Specialist Property Finance arena

Job Responsibilities

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and intermediary partners through remote channels.

- Providing training and education on lending products, packaging requirements, and processes to improve submission quality.

- Hosting virtual meetings, presentations, and webinars to engage brokers and share updates.

- Supporting the design and delivery of tailored solutions in Bridging Finance and Development Finance.

- Collaborating with the underwriting and sales teams to improve processes and meet business goals.

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Internal Relationship Manager with a talent for building relationships remotely. You’ll bring:

Experience in Bridging Finance or Development Finance, with at least 1 year in a client-facing or relationship management role. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive and adaptable approach to meeting business objectives. Confidence in delivering virtual presentations and hosting online events
