INCENTIVES SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER (G2)
CINCINNATI
SUMMARY:
As a senior Incentives Account Manager, you will work shoulder to shoulder with your account portfolio to understand their objectives so that incentives can accelerate their brand growth. This will require you to leverage data and insights that helps identify the opportunity and to tell the story. You will be responsible for understanding the impact that incentives have on their brands and at Kroger and identify incremental opportunity to cross sell and upsell with ongoing incentives and with upper funnel media tactics. Aligning incentives to CPG’s key performance indicators will deliver clear success metrics and provide an opportunity for future optimization.
To be successful, you will need to partner closely with the Lead Account Manager along with the Account Manager specialists in Media and Insights to achieve holistic commercial goals. In addition, deep knowledge of the commodity vertical will enable direct connection and impact to the brands’ success at Kroger. Incentives technical and tool acumen will be necessary to effectively advance the workflow from pre-sales to post sales in partnership with the Activation Account Manager and Campaign Operations. This candidate needs a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced environment focused on account management or business development needs.
