User Acquisition Specialist

As our User Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies across multiple platforms to drive sustainable user growth. You'll work closely with our product, analytics, and creative teams to optimize campaigns and achieve aggressive growth targets.

Responsibilities:

• Plan & optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA).

• Manage budgets, bids & performance.

• Implement ASO for better conversions.

• Analyze data & track key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS).

• Develop high-performing ad creatives.

• Stay updated on trends & competitor strategies.

• Collaborate with product & creative teams to drive growth.

• 1 to 2 years in user acquisition/performance marketing (mobile & web).

• Expertise in Meta, Google, ASA, & TikTok Ads.

• Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).

• Managed high monthly ad spend efficiently.

• Strong analytical skills & data visualization experience.

• Skilled in A/B testing & campaign optimization.
