Overview

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic Finance Department and play an important role within the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus, excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work within a team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager the duties of the role are as follows:

·       Woking with the Payroll Manager to process payroll for employees over three locations and jurisdictions ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company policies

·       Maintain up to date payroll records, including exemptions, insurance, deductions and job titles

·       Calculate and process deductions such as taxes and benefits 

·       Address employee inquiries regarding payroll deductions and related concerns

·       Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure timely and precise payroll processing

·       Assist in year-end payroll processing

·       Ad hoc payroll analysis and reports as required by Payroll, Finance or HR

·       Assist with the processing and payment of supplier invoices

·       Preparation of supplier account reconciliations

·       Other ad hoc duties as required

Skills and Experience required:

·       Minimum 1 year experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role

·       Excellent problem solving, organisational and time management skills

·       Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills
