Job Description 

The Digital Marketing Operations Center of Excellence is dedicated to daily digital marketing production across site, app, email, and push. Members of this team partner daily with marketing strategy and design teams to produce, QA, and deploy campaigns and website content. This team is passionate about operational efficiency, maximizing our channel capabilities, and accurately delivering digital marketing content.

The Content Author is responsible for the day-to-day authoring, validation, and scheduling of website content using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager). The Content Author is also responsible for compliance with defined operational processes and management of risks across their body of work.

This role will be operating our own websites – A&F and Hollister’s  Japan, Hongkong official websites and Wechat in mainland China.

This job is located at our APAC Home Office in Shanghai, China.  

 

What Will You Be Doing? 

 

  • Working in an operational role within a broader marketing department, executing on designs and strategies laid out by cross-functional partners
  • Responsible for selecting templates, components and modules, adding/editing content (copy, images, video, tagging, SEO metadata) to compose web pages based on brand guidelines and stakeholder input
  • In Charge of sites (Japan, HongKong, WeChat mini-program& WeChat Channel) daily operation including product launching, product information management, site merchandising, image/assets refresh, campaign launches and execution, content management, business performance analysis & review. Work with internal teams and TP to execute day to day store operations including making promo calendar, promo execution, coupon strategy, wecom communication message.
  • Customizing and editing website content while working within the company’s Design System to ensure content is consistent with brand aesthetic standards as well as accessibility standards
  • Working with content management tools to execute the content schedule in order to build seasonal and daily updates on time (AEM – Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Owning timely and thorough QA of individual’s and other content author’s work to ensure all content reaching the live site is of the highest quality
  • Being responsive and accountable to any errors or callouts from strategy, design, or other partners
  • Building relationships with internal and external production and executions partners while collaborating across teams to align on expectations, meet deadlines and increase productivity
  • Additional responsibilities may include managing assets and images within the Adobe Digital Asset Manager, creating experience fragments, developing workflows, providing detailed authoring documentation as well as training for peers and authors

     

 

What Do You Need To Bring? 

 

  • Fluent English skills in oral and written. Cantonese or Japanese language skills is a Plus
  • Experience in Adobe Experience Manager
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality – experience with QA or UAT a plus
  • Familiarity with Accessibility best practices a plus
  • Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s Degree or experience in Marketing, Business, Communication, Web Development, or related field
  • Highly organized, and attentive
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills (written and verbal)
