About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile People Success Partner to join our growing team in India and APAC. This pivotal role will support our employees across India and Singapore, ensuring exceptional employee experiences while managing strategic people operations and analytics activities. Working closely with the Head of People for the region and collaborating with our People team based in the U.S., you will engage with employees locally to execute programs that enhance our workplace culture and operational excellence in alignment with global standards and practices.
What you will do
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact from the People Team for employees across India and Singapore through the employee life cycle
- Support implementation of engagement programs that foster a positive workplace culture, adapting global guidelines to regional needs
- Support the design and management of internal communications that reinforce company values and culture for the region
- Brainstorm and execute meaningful events, celebrations, and team-building activities to elevate employee experience and talent brand
- Coordinate and support the design of onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new employees into the organization
- Collaborate with local and global teams to enable learning experiences and professional development initiatives for the region
People Operations & Analytics
- Ensure regional people data integrity across all people platforms that integrate with the central people HRIS
- Develop regional dashboards and reports to track key people metrics in alignment with local and global reporting needs
- Capture and analyze regional workforce sentiments and data to identify trends and provide insights to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain regional people deliverables, processes and workflows within the framework of global People policies / programs
- Prepare regional presentations for various stakeholders on people deliverables, analytics, trends and upcoming plans
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Handle employee relations matters with empathy and professionalism for the region
- Support the welfare of employees and resolution of workplace issues / concerns
- Ensure compliance of people practices with local employment laws and regulations
- Maintain employee data and information with the highest standards of integrity
Strategic Support
- Provide support to the leadership and operational teams in the region for strategic people-related initiatives
- Assist in implementing global people strategies and policies / programs with appropriate regional adaptations
- Work with stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional initiatives that impact employee experience / compliance
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in People Operations and Employee Relations/Business HR roles
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with an innate energy for the same
- Experience in creating documents, presentations, async and internal communications
- Experience in handling sensitive employee matters and executing people engagement activities
- Data analysis skills with proficiency in people analytics tools and Excel/Gsheet
- Experience (recent) in a high-growth company or startup environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Haves
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
- Certification in HR (SHRM, HR CI, or equivalent)
- Background in developing or supporting onboarding and learning programs
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and people best practices in India and Singapore
- Experience with global HRIS systems and data visualization tools
- Previous experience in a multinational organization with centralized people functions
- Ability to effectively operate within a matrix organization with regional and centralized people functions
