Working Student (m/f/d) – Supply Chain Management

In our Berlin office, we specialize in the management and development of fashion collections for Private Label brands under the About You umbrella. Our dedicated team is committed to delivering innovative and high-quality designs that align with market trends and consumer preferences. An essential component of our business is supply chain management, which plays a critical role in ensuring the timely launch of our collaborations. 

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) – Supply Chain Management to support our supply chain management team in keeping data up to date and ensuring smooth communication with various stakeholders. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in tracking and following up on orders to ensure smooth processing
• Ensuring all imports are documented correctly
• Act as a key contact for suppliers and logistics partners, ensuring seamless coordination
• Work closely with Buying, Warehouse, Quality, Sustainability, Sourcing and Planning  teams to optimize product availability
• Maintain and update records using our internal ERP system and Excel

Requirements: 

• You are currently enrolled in supply chain management, business administration, economics, or related degree program 
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of supply chain processes 
• Proficient MS Excel skills (Pivot, Vlookup and etc.)
• You have a high level of motivation, attention to detail, and a structured approach to work
• Fluency in English
• Passion for fashion is a plus
