Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive our growth. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our sales agents to success as they assist clients through the loan application process. You will leverage your expertise to empower agents with the tools, resources, and strategies needed to effectively navigate each step of the application journey.


This is an onsite position based out of our Northbrook, IL, office.


You Will
  • Manage Performance: Monitor agent performance and behavior including call monitoring, provide feedback, and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Lead a Team: Provide ongoing coaching and training sessions to sales agents, ensuring they are well-versed in our loan products, application procedures, and compliance requirements. Your guidance will help agents communicate effectively with clients and address any questions or concerns throughout the process.
  • Promote a Client First Environment: Manage client interactions, resolve escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Support sales agents in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will assist them in understanding client needs and preferences, enabling agents to tailor their approach and effectively guide clients through the application.
  • Manage Training and Development: Facilitate ongoing training for your team to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Manage Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements.


You Have
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a sales team.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability.
  • Financial literacy and management experience.
  • Proficiency with systems like Five9, Bedrock, and ADP.
  • Experience in call center sales management and handling escalations.
  • Demonstrated success as a strong sales performer.
