Absolute Remodeling and Construction, Inc. is an established, tight-knit company that is seeking a dependable and dedicated New Home Sales Associate to join our team in Casa Grande, AZ. This is a hybrid position, where team members can manage their time between working from home and being onsite throughout the week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and take initiative with networking, sales, and marketing initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is interested in and/or experienced in real estate. As a New Home Sales Associate, you will focus on selling production homes and supporting customers as they advance through the purchasing and construction process. This position has the potential to oversee additional sales opportunities in the future, like selling custom homes or remodeling projects, depending on the individual’s performance.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Actively engage with potential homebuyers to understand their needs and guide them through the buying process.
- Conduct tours to showcase the community, available homes, floorplans, and amenities.
- Oversee the maintenance and presentation of the community’s model home.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.
- Conduct regular marketing initiatives to build your network, advertise the homes built by our construction company, and secure sales opportunities. Involvement and attendance of city meetings, street fairs, and other local social events are strongly encouraged to network and conduct marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market, competitive properties, and industry trends.
- Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and facilitate smooth transactions from start to finish.
- Manage a flexible, adaptable schedule to connect with clients around their availabilities. Working on weekends is required.
- Ideally has 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and or real estate.
- Has a positive attitude, is trainable, and is driven to represent the builder in the best manner while providing the best experience possible to customers.
- An active Arizona real estate license is preferred, but not required to start in this position. New team members must obtain an active Arizona real estate license within 90 days of starting and hang it with our preferred brokerage.
What We Offer:
- This is an hourly, non-exempt position that offers a $31,200 base salary plus 1% commission on all sales made. The estimated compensation range for this role is $100,000+.
