Social Media Outreach Supervisor (Volunteer/Remote)

Responsibilities And What You Will Do:
Work with and report to the Social Media Outreach Manager to plan, assign, and oversee outreach efforts to promote all social media content inside and outside of ARO
Design and implement social media strategies and campaigns to align with business goals
Share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
Collaborate with other teams regularly to ensure brand consistency with posts
Collaborate with Global Executive Director (GED) and Graphic Design Department
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Work with team utilizing Asana platform and ensuring tasks/campaigns/posts that are assigned are completed by the due date
Attend weekly mandatory management meeting on Tuesdays from 11:00 am EST-12:00 pm EST, Bi-Weekly Company Meeting on Tuesdays from 12:30pm-1:30pm EST along with weekly department meetings
Build relationships with each team member to help them feel comfortable and include as an integral part of ARO
Be in regular communication with manager and when things come up to communicate matters accordingly
Here’s what we’re looking for:
Must be able to volunteer 10+ hours a week
Previous work experience in social media coordination or marketing is a plus
Hands on experience in content management and creation
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field a plus
