Full Time (Five days of in-person work at the New Rochelle, New York office)

Job Description:

About the Role 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Academian to join our New Rochelle office. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production and management of print and digital content. You will work closely with design and editorial teams to ensure high-quality output aligned with brand standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and prepare print and digital assets using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat. 

• Manage and update templates, ensuring consistency and compliance with style guides. 

• Oversee and troubleshoot print production processes, including layout preparation, proofing, and file packaging. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects across multiple channels. 

• Provide support for file setup, asset delivery, and revisions while adhering to project deadlines. 

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members to explain processes, changes, and requirements. 

• Ensure accuracy and high standards in all project deliverables, maintaining strong attention to detail. 

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Publishing, Communications, or a related field. 

• 3–5 years of full-time experience in a print and digital publishing environment. 

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat. 

• Solid understanding of print production workflows, pre-press requirements, and file troubleshooting. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. 

• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and adaptability. 

• Exceptional attention to detail and project management capabilities.
