Director of Demand Generation

Accelevents is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to scale our marketing efforts. You’ll own multiple channels and be responsible for taking campaigns from idea to execution. Simply put, this role is about results - driving high-intent leads, improving conversion efficiency, and moving the needle on revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage marketing campaigns from idea to execution. 
  • Constantly test and tune messaging to each audience segment.
  • Drive brand awareness for Accelevents among event managers. You’ll know daily what companies are in our open opportunities, who are the people involved at each opportunity, and what are patterns amongst all of them. You leverage this information to build demand generation campaigns to attract new buyers into the funnel that mirror insights uncovered in existing open and closed opportunities.
  • Own advertising channels targeting enterprise buyers. This includes running ABM campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit and other experimental channels. You’re endlessly experimenting to find the perfect balance between lead quality and spend. 
  • Coordinate other marketing projects including events, content, partnerships, and webinars. 
  • Partner with Sales to hone messaging and targeting. You are accountable for generating our Sales Qualified Leads.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience with enterprise demand generation for a SaaS product in the $20k to $100k average deal size range. You have a taste for what works (and what doesn’t) when targeting enterprise buyers.
  • Creative yet analytical. You have a history of thinking outside the box to run campaigns that stand out from the noise and drive enterprise pipeline for the sales team. 
  • Impactful copywriter. You are writing all advertising copy. You’ll work with creative design partners. You find the balance between what you’re hearing in sales calls and what drives impact in your testing.
  • An eye for design. You’ll be working with the design team to manage our website, landing pages, and ad creative.
  • Paid acquisition expertise. You will be the one building, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Bonus: Event expertise. Whether organizing B2B events or marketing them, you have empathy for corporate and association event event managers.
