What is in it for you:
What you will be doing:
Handling Reservations:
Creating, modifying, and canceling reservations via phone, email, or online systems.
Confirming reservation details with clients.
Ensuring that booking information is accurate and complete.
Complete tasks in timely manner and ensure compliance of both external and internal audit requirements.
Customer Service:
Assisting customers with inquiries about services, rates, availability, and policies.
Providing information on accommodations, travel packages, and related services.
Addressing and resolving customer issues or complaints in a professional manner.
Sales and Up-selling:
Recommending additional services or upgrades, such as premium rooms, travel insurance, or special packages.
Promoting offers, discounts, and promotions to customers.
Managing Booking Systems:
Updating reservation systems with new bookings, cancellations, or modifications.
Ensuring availability and managing overbooking situations, if applicable.
Generating booking confirmations and sending them to customers.
Coordinating with Other Departments:
Communicating reservation details to the front desk, housekeeping, or other relevant departments.
Collaborating with sales teams to ensure accurate bookings and customer satisfaction.
Maintaining Records:
Keeping track of customer data and preferences for future bookings.
Updating customer accounts with accurate details and preferences.
Providing Follow-up:
Sending pre-arrival emails, reminders, or confirmations to customers.
Following up on customer satisfaction after their stay or service.
Handling Payments:
Processing payments or deposits for bookings.
Verifying payment methods and ensuring that transactions are completed accurately.
Others:
Participate and adhere to Accor Hotels Policies & Procedures.
Complete other assigned duties where required.
