Social Media Intern

Mission

• Assist in creating engaging social media posts for our channels (approximately 2 posts per week).
• Develop creative and compelling content tailored to our target audience.
• Research, identify, and reach out to influencers to support our influencer marketing campaigns.
• Support the planning and organization of social media campaigns.
• Analyze social media trends and suggest optimizations to improve content performance.
• Community management: Respond to comments and messages to foster engagement with our audience.

• Consistent, high-quality posts that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across our social media platforms.
• Establish long-term relationships with relevant influencers to expand our reach and credibility.
• A structured content plan with a clear posting and campaign schedule.
• Improved performance through data-driven optimizations and creative strategies.

• Basic experience in content creation and image/video editing (e.g., Canva or similar tools).
• Creativity and a keen eye for design and impactful content.
• Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and their specific requirements.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing; prior experience in collaborating with influencers is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Currently enrolled at a University, ideally a Bachelor or Master with Marketing focus
• or in a gap year between Bachelor and Master's degree.
• You live in Berlin or the surrounding area and are happy to be on site at our office in Kreuzberg.

• Full Time contract (40h/week) for 3 months, starting in January or February 2025.
• monthly gross salary of 800€.
• 7 days paid holidays.

• hybrid set up: minimum two days per week in our office in Bergmannkiez.
