Responsabilities
As intern in our HR department, you will be supporting the teams and learning about the following tasks:
- Maintain, guarantee and control data accuracy on the system
- Guarantee data accuracy by providing guidance, answering queries, and resolving tool-related issues where needed.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate key findings to HR leadership and stakeholders
- Use statistical analysis to identify areas for improvement in HR processes, employee experience, and technology adoption
- Collaborate with HR business partners and IT to gather data requirements, ensure data integrity, to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making
- Analyse & document HR processes across the hire-to-retire lifecycle
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics, data visualization, and reporting
- Academic background on Management, Finance, HR Management, Process Improvement, Information Systems or Data related
- Very good excel knowledge (plus if knowledge of other analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SF)
- Experience with Success Factors or SAP
- Knowledge of HR operations and end-to-end HR processes like hiring, onboarding, performance rewards, and employee relations
- Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., BIC, Visio) and process documentation frameworks.
- Skilled in conducting root-cause analyses and developing recommendations balancing local flexibility with global alignment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation.
- Good interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across global HR teams and the business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrable ability and interest to support the implementation of new tools, processes, and workflows through training and stakeholder engagement.
- Adept at promoting standardized processes in challenging environments.
- Project management skills with handling large data sets and a diverse set of stakeholders, showing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- 6 months Internship Agreement
- Hybrid regime (2 days at the office)
