Job Title: Executive Assistant
Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9:00am to 6:00pm) BKK Time
We are a US-based Digital Marketing Agency dedicated to help International Charities raise funds. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director across various departments, including but not limited to administration, human resources, and finance. The Executive Assistant will play crucial role in maintaining office efficiency, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executives' calendars and prioritize appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Screen and respond to incoming calls and emails
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
- Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets across various departments to ensure financial goals are met and resources are allocated efficiently
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy
- Assist in recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and orientation schedules.
- Perform general office management duties as needed
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other project management softwares
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
