About the Role:
We are looking for a Brand Protection Specialist with hands-on experience in Amazon Brand Registry and Project Zero to safeguard and enhance our brand’s online presence. This part-time position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in e-commerce environments and has a deep understanding of intellectual property protection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Amazon Brand Registry Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date brand information in Amazon Brand Registry.
• Monitor and address unauthorized use of brand assets on Amazon.
• Submit and follow up on infringement claims to ensure swift resolutions.
• Project Zero Implementation
• Utilize Amazon Project Zero tools to detect and remove counterfeit products.
• Implement self-service counterfeit removal to uphold brand integrity.
• Analyze counterfeit activity trends and propose preventative measures.
• Brand Monitoring
• Conduct regular audits of e-commerce platforms to identify unauthorized sellers or counterfeit listings.
• Monitor and analyze brand-related complaints or issues reported by customers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with legal, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align and strengthen brand protection strategies.
• Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve brand protection policies.
• Reporting
• Maintain detailed records of infringements and resolutions.
• Prepare and present reports on brand protection metrics to key stakeholders.

• Proven experience with Amazon Brand Registry and Project Zero.
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws and e-commerce brand protection practices.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Prior experience with online marketplaces and an understanding of seller dynamics is a plus.
