Job Title: Supply Chain Associate
Schedule: M-F, 9AM - 6PM Pacific Time
Salary: $1000 - $1400/month

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire process of fulfilling purchase orders from retail partners, including releasing inventory, managing outbound logistics, and ensuring timely invoicing.
- Work closely with suppliers, distribution centers, and carriers to guarantee the timely, full, and high-quality supply of products.
- Handle inbound logistics for ingredients, packaging, and marketing materials to distribution centers, focusing on cost-effective transportation solutions.
- Place purchase orders and track inventory levels to ensure proper safety stock coverage in alignment with the forecast for the packaging category.
- Contribute to building and maintaining the supply plan, while sharing forecasts with suppliers to align with business needs.
- Use data and reports to analyze operational performance, driving insights and changes to optimize processes.
- Support initiatives to enhance the efficiency of inbound supply chain processes, including identifying waste management strategies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Regularly report on key metrics such as inventory health, supplier performance, and other critical KPIs.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years in supply chain or procurement operations, with a proven ability to manage and optimize processes.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables and V-lookups) and strong analytical capabilities to evaluate data and inform decisions.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications, with a quick learning curve for new systems and tools (such as Warehouse Management and EDI portals).
- A self-motivated individual who takes ownership of tasks and thinks beyond assigned duties to drive success.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.
- The role requires prolonged periods of desk work, including reading and inputting data into computer systems, with or without reasonable accommodation.
