Position: Technology Product Manager / Operations Architect
Job Type: Full-Time - 100% Remote
Salary: TBD
Working hours: US Timezone(PST)
About the Role
We’re looking for a systems-minded operator who thrives at the intersection of tech, ops, and strategy. This role is a hybrid of technical executive assistant, project architect, and systems translator. You’ll work directly with leadership to turn vision into executable project plans—ensuring alignment across teams and tools.
You won’t need to write code, but you will need to speak the language of APIs, data flows, and modern e-commerce systems. Your superpower is clarity: clear projects, clear owners, clear timelines.
What You’ll Do
- Project Scoping & Execution: Turn high-level goals and briefs into actionable project plans, with clearly defined tickets, owners, and delivery timelines.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the connective tissue between tech, ops, CX, growth, and third-party vendors—ensuring priorities are aligned and updates are flowing.
- System Design & Workflow Architecture: Help architect processes that connect our core tools (Shopify, NetSuite, 3PL platforms, EDI hubs, LLM-based tools), ensuring smooth data and task handoffs.
- Tool Management: Maintain and continuously improve project boards in Jira, Asana, or similar platforms to track progress and drive accountability.
- Operational Accountability: Follow up with stakeholders, resolve blockers, and keep initiatives moving forward on time and on scope.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing cross-functional technical or operational projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems (Shopify, ERPs, 3PLs, analytics tools) and how they integrate—especially via APIs or middleware platforms.
- Highly organized and proactive—you see around corners and anticipate bottlenecks before they occur.
- Confident working with both technical and non-technical teams; you translate fluently between the two.
- Background in product management, technical program management, or systems operations architecture is highly preferred.
