Job Overview:
We’re helping our client, a leading marketing intelligence platform, find a Business Development & RevOps Manager to drive adoption of their innovative solutions and expand their presence among eCommerce brands and agencies. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Revenue Operations (HubSpot) Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and partnership ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS, ecommerce, and media buying/advertising, and exceptional English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify leads using HubSpot and RevOps strategies to drive pipeline growth.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Execute ABM strategies to target high-value accounts, focusing on profitable growth for eCommerce brands.
- Agency & Partnership Management: Build relationships with agencies to integrate Northbeam into their strategies, driving adoption through co-marketing initiatives and account mapping.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demos showcasing Northbeam’s capabilities in multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, and creative analytics.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to optimize outreach efforts and improve conversion rates.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track partner-sourced revenue, co-marketing initiatives launched, and agency growth metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless agency experience.
- 3+ years in a BDR/SDR or related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven expertise in RevOps strategy implementation using HubSpot CRM.
- Familiarity with ABM frameworks, partnership ecosystems, and MarTech/AdTech tools.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, eCommerce, and media buying/advertising dynamics.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot and other tools such as Looker, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Ability to interpret data for decision-making and strategy optimization.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building trust with partners and clients.
- HubSpot certifications or equivalent RevOps training are a plus.
