About the job:
We’re looking for a results-driven Retentions Specialist to join our growing
e-commerce beauty brand. In this role, you’ll focus on keeping our customers happy,
engaged, and loyal by identifying churn risks, developing personalized retention
strategies, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your goal will be to
increase customer lifetime value and reduce cancellations through proactive
communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
● Engage with at-risk customers to understand concerns and offer tailored
solutions
● Develop and implement customer retention campaigns and loyalty initiatives
● Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities
● Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to improve the
customer journey
● Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
● 1–2 years in customer retention, sales, or support (preferably in e-commerce
or beauty)
● Strong communication and persuasion skills
● Ability to handle objections and turn negative experiences into positive ones
● Customer-focused mindset with a passion for beauty and skincare
