Key Responsibilities:

Forecasting and Demand Planning for Haircare Products in International Markets

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for our range of haircare products across multiple global regions, considering market-specific trends, seasonality, and consumer behavior.
• Analyze historical sales data, new product launches, market trends, and promotional activities to ensure precise inventory planning.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to incorporate insights from global campaigns and new product introductions into demand plans.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative forecasting methods to improve forecast accuracy and ensure alignment with market demand.

Supporting Hyper-Growth Trajectory in Haircare

• Contribute to the company’s growth by aligning demand forecasts with global expansion plans and scaling operations for our haircare product lines.
• Monitor sales performance, market dynamics, and inventory levels to adjust forecasts and supply plans in real time.
• Partner with regional teams to integrate market-specific insights into the global demand planning process, ensuring the unique needs of the haircare category are met.
• Anticipate and address challenges such as demand surges during peak seasons or supply chain bottlenecks that could impact product availability.

Amazon 3P Operations for Haircare Products

• Leverage Amazon 3P expertise to ensure the seamless availability of haircare products on the platform across international markets.
• Manage Amazon product listings, inventory levels, and fulfillment operations to maintain top-tier customer service and delivery standards.
• Utilize Amazon's tools (e.g., Seller Central, FBA metrics) to optimize inventory turnover, monitor product rankings, and improve overall marketplace performance.
• Analyze and track performance metrics specific to haircare products, identifying opportunities to optimize sales velocity, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Streamlining Inventory and Supply Chain Processes

• Design and refine processes to ensure smooth inventory movement across regions, minimizing delays and maximizing availability for haircare products.
• Partner with factories and logistics teams to ensure on-time production and delivery, considering the unique packaging and formulation needs of the haircare category.
• Optimize reorder points, lead times, and safety stock levels based on demand trends for haircare SKUs, ensuring no stockouts or overstock situations.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Experience:

• Strong expertise in Amazon 3P operations, including inventory management, fulfillment, and product optimization.
• Proven ability to forecast demand accurately and streamline supply chain operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
