The role: Supply Chain Assistant

The Rate: EUR 20 per hour

Duration: ASAP - 30/09/2025 (Although this could extend to December

Working Arrangements: 35 hrs a week - Monday to Friday

Location: La Ville aux Dames - hybrid ( 2 days working from home)

Supporting a global team, you will use your experience from a Logistics, Procurement or Supply Chain background to support on a range of projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Purchase Order Entry
• Manage and update purchase orders in SAP
• Adjust delivery dates in SAP as needed
• Send regular reminders to suppliers
• Stock and Logistics
• Record and manage stock entries
• Calculate shuttle requirements between Belgium and France
• Support a major project involving the relocation of the Belgium warehouse (from one site to another) scheduled for late May to June
• Assist with the transfer of all stock during the move
• Inventory and Data Management
• Perform regular stock comparisons between SAP and warehouse reports (discrepancies are frequent and must be resolved before shipping)
• Review commodity codes and country of origin in SAP; coordinate with the GTP team to resolve mismatches
• Ensure accuracy of all data entered and reported

In order to be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

Previous experience from a Logistics, Supply Chain or Procurement Environment

• Previous experience with SAP
• Good standard of Excel
• Fluent English & French
• Be available to start immediately
