In our U.S. locations, we operate on a hybrid work model with three in-office days and two remote days per week. The Associate Director (AD) of Admission is a critical manager in the process of converting prospective student candidates to students. Reporting directly into the Director of Institutional Enrollment, the ADA leads a team of Administrative Candidate Care Coordinators and partners closely with the Admission Advisor team in the key processes of interview and application preparation and assembling all necessary data for transition to St. Kitts. A brand ambassador and Candidate Service expert, speed, efficiency, organization and process orientation are the key competencies needed for success in both managing the team and servicing the institution. In partnership with the Director of Enrollment, the ADA is responsible for the implementation of student recruitment strategies and shares in responsibility for converting high-quality inquiries from interview through application through day one on Island. As a manager, the ADA models customer service, trains and updates the team, and puts forward process improvement recommendations to the Director and Admissions leader to ensure we are always evaluating and improving our current methods of candidate care delivery.
Responsibilities
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $60,000.00 and $85,000.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
