Sales Order Processing: Handling Orders: Processing sales orders received.
Data Accuracy: Ensuring the accuracy of order details and invoices.
Customer Interaction Client Communication:
Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Sales Support & Coordination Sales Records Maintenance: Keeping sales and customer records up-to-date.
Logistics Liaison: ensure timely deliveries of tools & licenses needed as per the business need.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team to support their administrative needs, such as scheduling meetings and managing travel arrangements.
Performance Monitoring, Reporting & Data Analyst Report Generation: Developing and distributing monthly sales reports to the sales team and management.
Sales Targets: Monitoring sales targets and reporting any deviations.
Feedback Communication: Communicating important feedback from customers to the relevant internal teams.
Administrative Tasks Database Management: Maintaining and updating customer databases.
Contract Management & Subscription Renewal: Manage sales contracts and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Promotional Activities Event Support: Assisting with promotional activities and trade shows. Marketing Coordination: Collaborating with the marketing team to support sales campaigns
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Years of Experience: 2+ years proven experience in sales or administration roles.
Specific Technical & Practical Knowledge: Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
A team player with a high level of dedication.
Ability to work to strict deadlines.
Business, Market & Industry Knowledge: Understanding of technology trends, best practices.
