Adverum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intellectual Property (IP) Attorney or Agent with a strong background in biotechnology. This successful candidate will work closely with the Vice President, IP in building, managing, defending and enforcing the company’s intellectual property portfolio. The Attorney/Agent will support our internal scientific colleagues as well as senior leadership in the capturing of innovation and development of the IP portfolio. This position will work closely with internal scientific staff capturing innovation, and perform due diligence, patentability, freedom to operate searches, and other intellectual property related matters.
