Behavior Technician (ABA)

As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with clients, assisting them in developing essential skills and modifying behaviors to enhance their quality of life. Your role will be crucial in implementing behavior plans crafted by our knowledgeable behavior analysts and making a positive impact in your community.

What you’ll do:

• Support clients in learning new skills and effectively communicating
• Assist in creating safe and supportive environments to encourage positive behaviors
• Implement behavioral procedures to promote skill acquisition and reduce problematic behaviors
• Collect and document data to track progress and facilitate communication
• Foster open communication with behavior analysts and program coordinators
• Complete daily notes to reflect the implementation and success of intervention plans

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A High School Diploma (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required)
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field
• The ability to work well with clients of all ages
• Reliability and a passion for helping others
