We are currently seeking a Home Health and Hospice Sales Professional who is dedicated to making a significant difference in the lives of our clients, their families, and the communities we support, enhancing their quality of living through outstanding customer service and care.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote AdvisaCare's home health and hospice services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations.
  • Conduct presentations and educational sessions to raise awareness of home health and hospice options.
  • Assess and identify the needs of potential clients and their families in the home health and hospice sectors.
  • Coordinate with administrative/clinical staff to ensure smooth transitions of care for patients.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or home health industry.
  • Strong understanding of home health and hospice services, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client needs and documentation.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and quality care to clients and their families.
