  • Coordinate with the existing technical leaders in emerging contaminants across all business lines to drive growth in AECOM’s services offerings to include enterprise-wide solutions for industrial wastewater management and treatment
  • Capitalize on expertise and existing professional network to maintain and establish new key account relationships and ensure they are managed for growth under AECOM’s client account management (CAM) program
  • Identify and expand opportunities with existing AECOM clients - focusing on working with AECOM CAMs and identifying new opportunities addressing the nexus of environment, water, and energy.
  • Build, maintain, and facilitate trusting relationships with key contacts in leadership across client organizations and support AECOM’s CAMs and team members in bringing innovation to AECOM offerings
  • Collaborate with AECOM’s strongest practitioners to create solutions that showcase AECOM’s unique problem-solving experience and expertise.
  • Promote internal talent development through identifying, recruiting, and mentoring next generation innovators
  • Represent AECOM at select national conferences, identify opportunities for technical talent to present at conferences as a means of promoting technical dialogues with clients and colleagues
