Job Summary

• Develops and improves mission-related curriculum.
• Uses constituent feedback and knowledge of teaching to create a curriculum that is both effective and in line with the latest educational standards and developments.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of equipment, supplies, and materials used in the implementation and devises strategies to incorporate state-of-the-art resources to optimize curriculum design, delivery, and effectiveness.
• Creates, tracks, and maintains metrics about attendance, reach, and effectiveness of programs.

Location

• Must live within commuting distance to Johnson Space Center, Houston, TX.

Required Minimum Education

• Must possess a master's degree in education or a related field

Required Years of Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience managing events of a technical nature
• Experience in project management, communications, coordination, curriculum development
