Job Summary:

The Associate Subaru Program Support Agent is responsible for managing and maintaining key customer and retailer data, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple Affinitiv programs. This role involves processing customer updates, managing Subaru retailer user accounts, maintaining Owner Touch and Market Driver settings, and adjusting select Trade Up Advantage (TUA) and Schedule Connect settings. Additionally, the analyst will support ticket escalations by documenting the next steps and ensuring a smooth transition to Subaru Program Support Specialists when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Data & User Management:

  • Process customer information updates, including new email addresses, opt-outs, and vehicle ownership changes.
  • Manage Subaru retailer user accounts, ensuring compliance with Subaru Single-Sign-On requirements.

Owner Touch & Market Driver Management:

  • Update and maintain Owner Touch offers, submitting to QA as needed.
  • Modify retailer amenities based on requests.
  • Add and manage opcodes within Owner Touch settings.
  • Update department contact information upon receipt of new contacts.

Trade Up Advantage & Schedule Connect Settings:

  • Maintain and adjust Trade Up Advantage (TUA) pricing and trade-in values.
  • Manage sales advisor assignments, adding or removing them from TUA as needed.
  • Normalize and edit opcodes.

Support Ticket Escalation:

  • Identify and document necessary information for tickets exceeding the outlined responsibilities before escalating to Subaru Program Support Specialists.
