Social Influence Coordinator

We are looking for a Temporary Social Influence Coordinator to join our PR & Social Influence team within the Sportstyle division. This role is essential in executing our influencer and PR strategy, ensuring seamless product seeding, order placement, and inventory coordination. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about social influence, this is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Support influencer product seeding by coordinating and executing product send-outs to key talent, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Manage product orders through PUMA’s internal system, tracking shipments to support influencer activations.
• Maintain visibility on stock for influencer gifting and campaigns, providing regular updates to the team.
• Act as the key point of contact between internal teams, ensuring alignment on product availability and delivery timelines.
• Assist in planning and executing influencer activations in collaboration with PR, Social Influence, and Marketing teams.
• Monitor and report on product allocations and shipments, ensuring transparency and efficiency in influencer seeding efforts.
• Experience or strong interest in social influence, influencer marketing, or PR operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage workflows across multiple teams.
• Proficiency in Excel to maintain stock files and track orders efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of logistics is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work within PUMA’s internal systems (Teams, PUMA Mail, etc.).
• Limited contract for 12 months.
