AHRC NYC is looking to hire a Administrative Assistant (AA) for their Brooklyn Day Program. The AA position involves a variety of routine administrative functions in support of the day-to-day operations of a work unit. Under direct supervision, the AA performs entry-level administrative activities for a work unit; performs data entry; processes forms and requisitions; maintains recordkeeping; organizes and files information; prepares routine reports and correspondence; responds to requests for information; provides general office assistance; and conducts receptionist duties.
Locations: Brooklyn
Salary: $35,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm....35 hours per week
