Recruitment of individuals supported in our programs is the main responsibility for this position. We routinely enroll new individuals into all our program’s units on a rolling basis in-order to fulfil contractual obligations. Specific priority programs and targets will be provided as needed.

Once fully oriented into the new role, expectations are that this person will be able to develop quality relationships leading to a strong qualified applicant pool. It is expected that this person will work collaboratively with the EBS managers to ensure that all program enrollments are filled. Perform other duties as assigned.
