AHRC New York City has operated sleepaway summer camps for over 50 years, providing summer camp experiences to over 1,000 individuals and much-needed respite to their families. We take pride in our two summer camps and are successfully accredited by the American Camp Association, (ACA)
AHRC New York City offers a variety of Nursing Employment Opportunities at our two UPSTATE NEW YORK summer camps, Camp Anne and The Lodge. Are you looking for an opportunity to provide nursing services in a less stressful, more rewarding setting or maybe you are a school nurse looking for a way to earn extra money in a warm and supportive environment. RN Salary $1400- $1890 per week
LPN Salary $1100-$1485 per week

Requirements:
A Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree
Nurse Graduate or Nursing student to assist in health center
Current CPR for the Professional and First Aid (These will be provided if you are unable to obtain them prior to the camp sessions.)
You must have a NY state license, including mandated Infection Control and Child Abuse curriculum.
Annual PPD test
Immunization record
Physician statement of health
Six-day work week (negotiable), with shifts scheduled daily.
You must live at camp, unless you live locally
Camp Schedule:
Camp runs for approximately 10 weeks and is broken into sessions according to age. The first three sessions cater to our adult population, (21-65 years old), and the last two sessions cater to our teenagers, (13-21 years old) and children, (5-12 years old) population. Camp Nurses begin in early June.
