RevOps Lead

Air is the Creative Operations Platform for creative teams. We return hours to your day by automating the thankless, manual parts of the creative process — starting with how your team organizes, finds, and shares visual assets.

Unlike traditional cloud storage, Air offers a visual-first content organization, intuitive feedback and approval workflows, and seamless sharing. We help automate how teams create, version, track, and collaborate with images and videos so you can escape the daily stress of manual processes and unmet deadlines.

We launched in March 2021 and have raised over $70M from world-class venture capital groups, including Avenir, Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures.

This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days/week in New York City.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced RevOps Lead to join our team.

As our RevOps Lead, you will be the connective tissue across our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, ensuring seamless operations, clear data visibility, and consistent growth. Reporting directly to our VP of Revenue, you'll be responsible for building and optimizing processes, tools, and strategies that drive efficiency and alignment across our entire revenue engine.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in cross-functional collaboration, is detail-oriented, data-driven, and can strategically tackle operational challenges to support rapid growth.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Alignment & Operations
    • Collaborate closely with the VP of Revenue to proactively identify and address operational gaps, enabling our revenue-generating teams to scale efficiently.
    • Own critical components of Air's order management processes, including contract logistics (DocuSign), payment infrastructure (Stripe), workspace provisioning (AirPortal), and ad-hoc contracting needs.
  • Revenue Tech Stack Ownership
    • Manage key GTM tools, including Gainsight, Salesforce, Gong, Sweep, and Clay, ensuring tools are seamlessly integrated and adopted by all teams.
    • Provide general Salesforce administration (e.g., troubleshooting fields, flows, processes) and collaborate with Sales Operations to enhance sales-specific workflows.
  • Marketing and Customer Team Enablement
    • Support Marketing through list generation, campaign creation, and tagging in Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking and optimized campaign performance.
    • Facilitate Customer Success operations, including opportunity management, account assignment, Salesforce field and flow creation, and CSM/onboarding notifications.
  • Sales Operations Support
    • Partner with Sales Operations to ensure accuracy of sales data, enforce best practices for forecasting, and enhance opportunity management infrastructure.
    • Collaborate with Enterprise sales teams on strategic deal support, pricing strategy, and continuous improvement of our selling processes.
  • Cross-functional Communication & Data-Driven Decision-Making
    • Act as a liaison across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data, and Finance teams, providing centralized support on billing inquiries, data requests, and GTM system access.
    • Develop actionable dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide insights and drive alignment across all revenue teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related operational roles within high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Deep understanding of revenue operations best practices and GTM tool management (Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Chilipiper, etc.).
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with experience developing dashboards, interpreting data, and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-departmental workflows and processes.

Why Air?

  • Mission-driven: Help us increase the impact of creative work by building the category-defining creative operations platform
