Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Associate to join our crypto team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless execution of product operations, including token listings and delistings, withdrawal fee and limit management, and cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with various stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and enhance the user experience.

Job Description

Token Listing and Delisting

• Oversee the end-to-end process of token listings and delistings, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
• Configure trading pairs, test wallet functions, and monitor post-listing performance, recommending delisting when necessary.

Withdrawal Limit and Fee Monitoring

• Adjust withdrawal fees based on blockchain network conditions and benchmark against competitors to maintain market competitiveness.
• Address and resolve issues affecting withdrawal speed in coordination with relevant teams.

Operational Process Improvement

• Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures to optimize operational workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with engineering, compliance, marketing, and support teams to ensure alignment on goals and smooth execution of product launches and updates.
• Manage dependencies, address escalated issues, and support promotional activities for token operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, project management, or product management, preferably in the crypto, fintech, or tech industries.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, and constructing data queries using data visualization tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency trading systems, blockchain technology, and financial operations.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to embrace challenges and learn new skills.
