We are seeking an organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our small but mighty HR team.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and providing Recruiting and HR support while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
This position is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, enjoys interacting with people, and has an eye for detail. You will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our hiring activities.
This is a part-time position (up to 29 hours a week). You will be expected to be in the office from time to time as you will be the backup for front desk duties in our main corporate office in Dallas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, while ensuring a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
- Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist with pulling job descriptions and postings across various platforms.
- Communicate with candidates to keep them informed about the interview process.
- Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with administrative tasks such as offer letter preparation and background checks.
- Help update offer templates and other Recruiting Templates.
- Partner with HR and Recruiting with additional projects and duties.
- Greeting candidates for all in-office interviews as needed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome.
- Assist with future potential office relocations
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of recruiting coordinator experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Workable and greenhouse is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
