Ignite by Aleph is a specialized small-business scaled account services program designed to help our partners' customers grow their Amazon search accounts. Our mission is to provide high-quality, data-driven support to drive success for small businesses leveraging Amazon’s search advertising solutions. We operate with a global presence, with teams in Mexico, Egypt, and Malaysia, and are committed to expanding our footprint internationally.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Manager to lead and scale Ignite by Aleph. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in managing international teams, driving operational success, and collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize and expand our services. The Head of Product will work closely with our tech partners, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure long-term growth and profitability of the program.
What you'll do:- Lead and manage international teams based in Mexico, Egypt, and Malaysia, ensuring seamless collaboration and high performance.
- Work closely with our tech partner to enhance and scale the Ignite program, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Oversee Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) with partners and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track performance and set strategic goals.
- Expand and scale the Aleph team internationally, identifying key markets and hiring top talent.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction while fostering team growth and professional development.
- Partner with local leadership teams to support employee engagement, career progression, and performance excellence.
- Own and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the business unit, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
- Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and analytics teams to establish and maintain a profitable operational model.
- Drive internal recruitment efforts to support growth, collaborating with HR and leadership on workforce planning.
- Represent Ignite by Aleph at industry events, fostering relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Regularly travel as needed to engage with teams, partners, and stakeholders globally.
What you need for this role: - 5+ years of experience in product management, business operations, or a related leadership role, preferably within digital advertising, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling international teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including tech partners, finance, legal, and analytics teams.
- Expertise in driving customer success and optimizing service delivery models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage financial performance and P&L responsibilities.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align global teams.
- Experience in hiring, training, and scaling operational teams across multiple regions.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining high levels of collaboration and engagement with international teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
