We are looking for a Senior Client Partner to lead Amazon ads in Lithuania!



What You’ll Do
  • Own and develop platform client portfolio and leverage business development and account management skills for growth. 
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align strategies and goals with overall company objectives.
  • Serve as an advocate for clients and partners, build and maintain strong relationships, provide guidance and address concerns while ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded 
  • Ensure efficient collaboration between all team members including Product teams, Client Solution Managers and Finance. 
  • Act as regional contact person for pitches and onboardings related to Amazon Ads. 
  • Attend and manage community events to increase Aleph visibility in the industry. 


What You Need For This Role
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with focus on account management. 
  • Direct experience in ecommerce and performance advertising.
  • Excellent understanding of RTB, audience segmentation, bidding strategies. 
  • Ability to consult on reporting methods, advertising budget allocation and incrementality.
  • Track record of searching for leads, approaching and pitching independently.

Salary Range and Benefits
  • 4,000-4,200 EUR gross base salary.
  • Competitive quarterly bonus program, designed to recognize and celebrate your success in achieving sales targets.
  • Private health insurance coverage after completing 3 months of employment.
