Inside Sales Representative

At Alkaffary Group, we are on the lookout for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to strengthen our sales team. This position involves generating leads, developing relationships with customers, and closing sales while providing top-notch service. You'll be responsible for understanding our product offerings and conveying their value to potential clients. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Document interactions with customers in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximize outreach.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
