Your main responsibilities
- You will take part in creating the Allegro brand and sub-brands (Smart!, Pay, Protect) communication and their implementation in multi-channel campaigns
- You will take responsibility for planning and implementing entrusted campaigns
- You will co-create the brand communication strategy not only on the Polish market, but also on new markets where Allegro is present
- As part of your daily tasks, you will constantly deepen your knowledge of buyers on Allegro in order to be able to formulate the right consumer insights
- You will be responsible for translating consumer insights into specific campaigns, initiatives and markets
- You will manage a multi-million budget, both production and broadcast
- You will co-decide on budgets for the coming years, targets and challenges for Allegro
- On a daily basis, you will cooperate with the best media and creative agencies in this country
- You will also focus on finding new, effective ways to reach the target group
- You will translate your activities into numbers in order to be able to measure the effectiveness of the campaigns carried out

This is the right job for you if:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns
- You have worked on multi-market communication strategies across CEE regions
- You know how to leverage marketing research insights to drive impactful campaigns
- You have strong English skills (minimum B2 level)
- You are familiar with key marketing metrics such as Top-of-Mind awareness, consideration, price perception, GRP, and more
- You have hands-on experience in media planning and buying
- You understand how to attract new users to online shopping across various demographics
- You excel in analytical thinking, with the ability to build and optimize performance funnels
- You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- You are open-minded, innovative, and always seeking fresh solutions
- You can analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable recommendations
- You stand out for your creativity, curiosity, and passion for new trends
- You have experience in executing marketing initiatives in the gaming industry
