As part of our dynamic broadcast service, you’ll run studio equipment, assist volunteers, and produce engaging audio content that makes an impact. From live readings to creating podcasts, your creativity and attention to detail will shine. You’ll also greet volunteers, organize materials, and even step in as an on-air personality! If you’re tech-savvy, love working with people, and have a passion for assisting others, we’d love to have you on board!

This is a part-time 20 hour per week position.

The schedule will be Tuesday - Friday, Noon - 4:00pm and Saturdays 8:30am - 12:30 pm (weekday afternoon schedule can be flexible)

• High School Diploma/GED; AND one (1) year of radio/television broadcasting support experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Excellent reading skills, computer skills (including MS Office Suite), and impeccable attendance record.
• The successful candidate should be detail-oriented and must be extremely reliable.
• Ability to work within very specific time constraints.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively and effectively with volunteers, staff, and other department contacts. 
• Very strong ability to organize and manage own time, materials and schedules. 
• Must have the ability to: work independently and in small groups; “think on your feet”; Remain productive and “on task” with numerous interruptions
• Looking for candidates with a cooperative spirit, honesty, enthusiasm, friendliness, resourcefulness, initiative, tact, good judgment, excellent customer service and a sense of humor are essential.
• Interviewed candidates will be asked to complete a reading and production assessment

• Starting pay is $13.77 per hour and up based on work experience.
