Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing office operations, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update office databases, files, and records.
  • Prepare and process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Support team members with project management and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and a strong sense of professionalism.
