Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize office documentation and records
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Support management and other departments with administrative tasks
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Prepare reports, memos, and other documents using word processing and spreadsheet software
Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally
Ensure confidentiality and security of company files and data
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
